Position Overview: Field Operations Manager is a Full Time Position with Benefits
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager to manage our daily operations. Flexibility is a key component in the success of this role within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate EMS and Paratransit Field Operations.
- Establish and communicate clearly defined goals, deadlines, and expectations to Field Staff.
- Conduct Quality Assurance and Control.
- Update and implement Standard Operating Procedures for EMS and Paratransit departments.
- Lead Meetings
- Interdepartmental regular communications to ensure company objectives are met.
- Statistics Generation via excel spreadsheets.
- Apply Progressive Discipline with field staff.
- Investigation of Incidents, Accidents, Injuries.
- Coordinate field logistics
- Purchasing & Inventory Control
- Corporate Compliance
- Customer Service Issue Resolution
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to easily navigate databases are required.
- 2 or more years of supervisory / management experience is desirable
- Knowledge of Ambulance and or Transportation, Services Industry, Healthcare Industry is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and relationship building skills are essential to the success of this role.
